Hyder Naqvi
Founder and CEO
As the founder and architect behind Injala’s original technology, Hyder brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in Insurtech, specializing in product and business development. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership.
Hyder defines the company's vision and direction. His responsibilities span managing product and business development strategy, as well as overseeing execution and implementation. Hyder's personal mission, echoed throughout the Injala team, is to revolutionize the insurance industry by pioneering new verticals, ultimately reshaping the world's relationship with insurance.
As a dedicated leader and visionary, Hyder's commitment to excellence and forward-thinking approach positions Injala at the forefront of the evolving insurance landscape.
Rajeev Varshneya
Chief Operating Officer
Rajeev began his career with Philips Electronics in the Netherlands, where he ascended to C-level positions, including the role of corporate CIO for its consumer business. Subsequently, he founded the Philips Software Center in Bangalore, India, with a focus on product innovation. Over the course of twenty-five years as an EVP in Silicon Valley, Rajeev oversaw start-ups in enterprise software applications, encompassing industrial automation, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Supply Chain automation. Additionally, he served as a venture partner at Blade Ventures in Los Angeles.
Rajeev holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, a master's degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, and has
completed executive MBA programs at INSEAD, IMD, and Paris University. His specialization includes marketing, human resources, corporate development, and finance.
As Injala’s COO, Rajeev brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a commitment to innovation, all of which contribute to driving our company's success in the dynamic technology landscape. He oversees Injala’s business operations.
Terian Chargois
Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years of experience in financial management, Terian brings a wealth of expertise to Injala, Inc. Her background in construction, technology, manufacturing, logistics, and financial management has equipped her with the skills needed to design and implement policies and processes that optimize an organization's financial performance.
In addition to her strong leadership in accounting and finance, Terian has also successfully represented the company's brand and products, also leading various operational functions including human resources, sales, and corporate social responsibility programs. She firmly believes that organizational success is built on a foundation of quality products, an engaged team, and sound financial management.
Terian's strengths lie in leadership, strategic thinking, financial modeling and forecasting, and team building. She holds degrees in Accounting & Management and Computer Science from the University of North Texas and is a proud alum of The Goldman Sachs 10KSB Program. Furthermore, she serves as a Congressional Ambassador for the Arthritis Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community.
Matthew Bogobowicz
Product Manager
With a wealth of experience as an insurance domain practitioner and collaboration with insurance brokers, administrators, and risk managers, Matthew specializes in understanding organizational pain points and crafting innovative software solutions. His background encompasses brokering, insurance underwriting, and regulation, showcasing a proven track record in the surplus lines insurance industry, particularly in underwriting contractor P&C coverages.
Matthew's versatile skillset spans insurance technologies, product development, insurance consulting, risk evaluation, sales, and product management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in finance and risk management from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, he earned
his Master of Business Administration in business strategy from Southern Methodist University.

Sayard Buller
Client Success Manager
With nearly six years at Injala, Sayard has been instrumental in the evolution of Injala’s flagship product, WrapPortal, contributing significantly to its continued development. During this period, she has been spearheading client engagements, understanding their business operations, and guiding them through complex software transitions from their legacy insurance solutions to the state-of-the-art Injala solutions. Her proficiency in wrap-up administration, data migrations, and client staff training at all levels makes her an invaluable asset for our company. Her industry knowledge, expertise, and passion for client success has helped Injala win and retain satisfied clients across the United States.
Professionally, Sayard holds degrees in both Science and English, with a decade of
experience in education at both university and high school levels.
Sayard's multifaceted expertise, coupled with her commitment to client success, makes her an indispensable asset to our team and ensures our clients receive top-notch support in navigating the WrapPortal system.
Adam Zygmont
Product Evangelist
With over 17 years of diverse experience in the commercial construction insurance domain, Adam joined Injala in 2019 and is a crucial part of shaping the future of WrapPortal. As a domain and industry expert, Adam evangelizes the construction risk management discipline inside and outside the company and drives innovation for our WrapPortal Account Management team, collaborating with the product team to develop innovative features, solutions, and products. In addition, Adam is responsible for client account management for some of the largest brokers in commercial construction.
Drawing on 12 years of Wrap-Up admin experience and 5 years on the technology side with Injala, Adam plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of WrapPortal. His
comprehensive background includes previous roles as the John Deere General Manager at Banksville Homecenter and various positions at MRM, Inc., managing client and contractor insurance for construction projects worth several billion US dollars. Adam contributes with management skills, leadership abilities, and a dedication to service.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
