Injala Honored Among Dallas 100™ Entrepreneurial Companies

Award recognizes firm’s rapid growth, innovation, and impact on North Texas economy

Injala, a fast-growing Irving-based technology company transforming commercial insurance and risk management, has been named a 2025 Dallas 100™ Entrepreneur by Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

The prestigious Dallas 100™ list, produced by the Cox School’s Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship in partnership with the accounting firm Forvis Mazars, honors the most dynamic privately held companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Honorees are selected based on growth performance over the past three years and their contributions to the economic vitality of North Texas.

“Injala was built on the belief that risk management should empower companies instead of slowing them down,” said Hyder Naqvi, CEO of Injala. “Being named to the Dallas 100 is not just a recognition of our growth—it’s a validation of our mission to reshape an industry that hasn’t seen true disruption in decades.”

The Injala Way: Building What’s Next

Founded in 2018, Injala emerged with a bold vision to modernize an industry long reliant on spreadsheets, manual processes, and outdated systems. In just seven years, the company has grown into a leading force in insurance technology, partnering with some of the world’s largest commercial insurance brokers and carriers to simplify and automate risk management.

Naqvi attributes the company’s success to a cultural philosophy he calls “The Injala Way.”

“This is a company-wide award that belongs to every member of our team,” Naqvi said. “At Injala, everyone is encouraged to take ownership, think like an entrepreneur, and push the boundaries of what technology can do. We don’t just provide software—we build what’s next.”

He added:

“Resilience is part of our DNA. Growing a company in today’s world—through a pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and shifting markets—requires more than innovation. It requires grit. Because risk is our business, we’ve learned to embrace uncertainty and turn it into an advantage.”

Recognizing Resilience and Impact

The Dallas 100™ recognition comes as Injala continues to expand its AI-driven platform, InjalaOne, which addresses every stage of the risk lifecycle—from insurance policy issuance to compliance, claims, safety, loss control, and advanced data analytics.

“Our growth isn’t just measured in revenue,” said Naqvi. “It’s measured in the thousands of hours saved for clients, the reduced costs across projects, and the confidence we give enterprise leaders to make smarter decisions about risk.”
